When you enroll in a carrier's health plan, you sign a statement on the enrollment form that lets us and the carrier use your personal information for various reasons. We only collect information about you that will help us and the carrier design programs that will help us serve you better.

We never release information that identifies a client's diagnosis or medical condition, except with your authorization or as allowed by law.
If we need more information, your authorization on the enrollment application helps us to obtain it with minimal delay. While you are enrolled, we may need additional information about your medical condition to help the carrier process benefits.
You have the right to see the information we have collected about you. Call our Customer Service number at 661-873-2200 and tell the representative that you want to receive a report we have collected of your personal data.

We do not provide client information to persons or organizations outside The Lynn Company family, who are doing business on our behalf, for their own marketing purposes.
We require any person or organization providing products or services to clients on our behalf to protect the confidentiality of our client.
We do not share client medical information with anyone within our family of companies, unless you expressly,authorize it, or unless your insurance policy contract with us permits us to do so.
We afford prospective and former clients the same protections as existing clients with respect to the use of personal information.
